FRP Round type:-

Fills shall be resistance to rot, decay and biological attack with maximum -flame-spread rating of 5 according to ASTM E84.

A Modular Cooling tower assembly is provided that comprises at least one cooling tower module having extendible legs capable of supporting the assembly when fully extended. When more than one cooling tower module is used in the assembly, adjacent modules are attached together at their respective frames. A single exit plenum chamber is placed over the joined modules and a single fan in the exit plenum chamber causes an air intake from an air entrance plenum chamber at the bottom of the modules upwardly past the fill sheets and out the exit plenum chamber and fan cowl. The cooled liquid falls into a common collection basin in which the extended legs of the modules are standing. Counter flow efficient cooling towers with low power consumption.

Air inlet frame: Made of fibreglass reinforced polyester, with large-surface, aerodynamically optimised air inlet. Air inlet module: Made of fibreglass reinforced polyester. The air inlet module consists of air inlet with large surface, aerodynamically optimised air inlet louvers made of FRP. Access louvers can be dismounted without tools for maintenance and cleaning work.

The shape of dry type cooling towers are very similar to that of wet type towers except the internal construction.A dry type cooling system operates on the same principles

as an automobile radiator. Thus, there are no evaporative losses. Heat is rejected through a fin-tube exchanger.

Another type of dry cooling system, known as an air-cooledcondenser, will condense steam directly inside the finned tubes. The flow of cooling air, in either dry cooling design could be promoted by fans or a natural draft stack.
